Request account and data deletion
Checkmate accounts are created and managed by the company you work for. To request deletion of your Checkmate account and the personal data linked to it, contact us in one of these ways.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your username and your company name.
- Call 021 820 849.
- Use the contact form at https://www.checkmate.group/contact/.
What happens next
We confirm the request with your company administrator. We then delete your account and personal details: username, email address, phone number. Inspection records you completed stay with your company as business records. We complete requests within 30 days.
